Six to nine months ahead of the wedding we will send Save the Date cards to guests who will need to know their travel arrangements. We will also Include as much information as possible so they are able to make plans accordingly.
We provide maps, guide books and directions, helpful for those unfamiliar to the area. We can consider setting aside a block of hotel rooms, if you have many guests from out-of-town.
Most hotels, residence or bed and breakfast offer Asolo Wedding special rates. Some hotels also offer us a free room for the bride and groom or a free meeting room for a gift opening party, if a certain number of rooms are booked for your wedding.
We speak fluent English, but if you prefer, we can also have an interpreter for you language.
Asolo Wedding will help with all the transportation logistics of your wedding, for example with an airport pickup to assisting with the transfer of all your guests to Asolo and Venice. We can also offer a collection of super antique cars, luxury limousines, horse and carriage, gondola (in Venice) or other types of boats.
